GPU.Net operates on their L1 blockchain called GAN-Chain.
They are building a web3 product that is a decentralized platform for AI agents and businesses to launch their ideas, which are called as ‘Subnets’ with each subnet acting as a independent DAO entity.
Subnets also earn daily block rewards based on their performance and contribution to the chain. So a community governance system to rate and reward the Subnets is also requested.
Through systematic analysis, I identified 4 primary problem areas that will be hindering user adoption and engagement in the subnet ecosystem.
Complex Web3 UX
Users find Web3 concepts intimidating, causing onboarding friction and low participation.
Trust Deficit
With rapid growth of AI agents and businesses, community validation is needed to ensure credibility and visibility.
Engagement Drop-off
Users lack incentives and feedback, making governance feel abstract and discouraging long-term engagement.
Unclear Value Exchange
Users see many Web3 products as lacking transparency in value exchange, roles, and tokenomics.
